My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      For anyone considering these colors, the color on the Fascia, Benjamin Moore Chocolate Brown CSP-270 is not available for exterior use. Their rep has suggested Middlebury Brown HC-68 or Sierra Spruce 2108-20 as alternatives. I’m currently painting my home the same color and will say that Copley Gray is a bit darker than what appears in this photo. Thanks for posting, the renovation on the home is beautiful!
