We are planning to replace all our flooring soon and I would love to know the finish/wood on these floors? We really prefer Pergo over wood since we have a dog but may be able to find a similar laminate finish. I love the dark/light combo since we have a hickory finished Pottery Barn "Printer's" entertainment center piece which is dark, but if we go with totally dark floors (which we like) it will totally darken the house!?? Lighter doesn't seem to go with our "espresso" leather furniture and the dark wooden pieces? HELP!?
