My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Here is our return policy. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    LightingFront offers a 30-day Return on all products sold (except Special Orders which are final). Damaged items must be reported within 7 days upon receipt no exceptions. Returned items are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee and Non-Refundable Shipping charges. Return items must obtain prior authorization and must be received within 10 days of RMA. Returns must be shipped UPS or FedEx. Items shipped USPS will not be accepted, no exceptions.
