My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    TPO for roof membrane
    TJI Joists for roof structure.
    Insulation is a hybrid of spray foam and fibre glass batt. Spray foam provides air tightness. Which is 0.6 on this home

    Cost. Would of added about 38,000. The energy model did not need any more insulation than what we could get with 16" TJI rafters.
