My mother has a fountain in her garden that is currently not working. When my dad was still living, he seemed to be always working on it. I would like to get it working for her and keep it running without the constant maintenance. What is the most trouble-free pump to install? Any other tips?

Hi jahp, The pump is determined by where it must be located and how much water it has to lift from the water source to the highest point where the water enters. Little Giant is a good submersible pump that comes in a number of sizes and is fairly maintenance free. Still, you must keep it submerged in water and free of debris.
