Hello

Allow me to introduce myself a second time, Names Sam, live in Boynton Beach Fl. I grow vegetables and tomatos on tables in containers, tables are [12'long, with 3 2x10s supported by concrete blocks. Being born n raised in Fl. ive learned theres less disease and insects 36" off the ground. Ive been using jungle growth from lowes for a potting mix. This year I started 12 kinds of heirloom tomato seeds on the 19th of Sept. the plants are now 7 foot tall with a dozen or so green tomatos on each one of them. Ive kept record of every time they have been fertilized and with what kind. Ive used tomato tone, Bone meal, and osmocote mostly. All the varietys ive planted were supposed to have 2 lb fruits or better. I have not seen one megga bloom as of yet, my containers are 35 gal black plastic, and ive been using straw as a mulch. My next step is im going to use Als 5-1-1 growing medium. Went today, 31,Dec to a nursury suppy place and bought my pine fines, perlite, moss, and dolomite. I got 9 differend kinds of heirlooms about 5" tall right now just waiting. Im a little afraid of the weather right now, calling for the 30s and 40s the next few days. If someone can tell me if it would be alright to use pine bark for mulch instead of straw for containers? Is it hard to learn how to post pictures on here? Im quite proud so far. For the last 2 yrs every thing was find and in one week every thing just up n died. I grew all my own seeds this yr hoping to dodge a blight or what ever happens that can take out a bunch of plants in one week. Thanks for listening, and ive really enjoyed reading the material here. Thanks
