annual poppies to deadhead or not???

....my annual poppies are blossoming right now....here is the question...I WANT them to re-seed...so do I:

1. deadhead them all (will they re-bloom??)...

2. Do I deadhead some and allow SOME to go to seed??

3. Do I let them ALL go to seed (because they will not bloom again anyway and I can save the seed????).
