I've been reading about potscaping and have a general idea about what I want to do.
This idea is born out of desperation dealing with grass that just won't grow in my back yard (long, very sad story). I'm sick of looking at a mud area where grass should be, which is in the center of beautiful border gardens. Extending the gardens beyond where they are is not practical, although I have considered it.
I plan on having numerous very large planters scattered about, with other planters of various sizes surrounding it. At the base of each I will surround things with Loripe. When all of the pots are in place, what ground is left is going to be mulched.
I'm looking for "different" ideas that would be useful for potscaping. I'm purchasing pots that can be left out in the winter, and plan on doing all the right things to make this a success.
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks,
SG
