My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Have you had any issues with the paint not wearing well in the yr or so since it was done?

    Was the bottom half brick ?if so did you just paint it or did you apply concrete over the bricks then paint
