Sorry but it sounds to me like you are over-feeding them already. Seedlings require minimal if any feeding, especially when that young, and well diluted worm tea should be more than enough.

Over feeding results in stress for the young plants and excess top growth that can't be adequately supported by the slower developing root system.

Yea I agree. I have a peat/perlite/lime mix just for seedlings. I have 100+ radish starts from seed. I tookthem out of the mix and put them right into potting mix and they are taking off. Some I hit with a light fertilizer but I really will not need to fertilize them because they should be full radish in 2 weeks now.

I think that 707 is a great mix.

I tend to agree with the others.

If anything, I'd think about warming them up a bit (maters tend to thrive in warm weather).

wow...you must sell them wow 700 seedlings I prob had that many greens last year cause I sprinkled too many collards etc in my big bins...total maybe

is yourseed mix homemade or bought? when you or anyone speaks of "peat" I assume you mean not SPAGHUM...Correct? I dont think Ive ever seen it sold in this small town.. not the regular peat
