Depends what you soil doesn't provide enough of. In some cases it also depends on what your soil may be providing too much of.

As already mentioned you need first to know what kind of nutrient shape your soil is in. Good soil requires very little supplemental feeding. And several of the crops in your list have very different nutrient needs and their nutrient needs may change at various stages of their development.
