I forgot a few things....

They are mostly just droopy and some are not as green as they were when i put them in the ground. They just dont appear to be as robust as they were three days ago. My cucumbers are kind of acting the same way :(

Agree. Looks like they could use a good feeding. And once the weather warms up well you are going to need to mulch them well too.

Agreed. And, peppers like the soil to be really, thoroughly warm. Wait till your night time temperatures warm well before apply the mulch.

Possibilty...
The plants may have been sheltered from full sun and cold nights at the nursery. The leaves may burn a bit and the leaves droop from the heat of the sun. Peppers and cucumbers also dislike cold wet soil, if temps went into the 40s at night.
It may take a week for the plants to adjust but they may be fine. In two weeks you will probably forget all about this when they growing fine.

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words! i hop we get a good harvest from these little guys! I think i will head to the store and get them some good fertilizer and give them a good feeding. I've read that i should look for around 4-8-8, does that sound about right?

If you don't really know what the numbers mean, then you will probably do best just looking for a fertilizer that specifically says it is for fruits and vegetables and you'll be fine.

I would guess that the plants had transplant shock. Perhaps they were not hardened in for sun and cold before setting out. Mine took off like gangusters even though a couple night were really chilly. Mine were sweet peppers and perhaps they are more robust.
