My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would love to know where to the ceiling fan

I searched on the suggested lumens site, but did not see this fan. I also searched on the Products page on here, but no luck. This is exactly the right size and style I need.

    You can find the ceiling fan at Lowes for $179. The metal is black and the blades are brown. We have two of them at our house.

      Thanks. I discovered them there a couple of weeks ago and the price is definitely right. I read reviews and many complained about a humming sound. Do you have that problem?

      I had never noticed one. Ours are in two extra bedrooms. On the highest speed there is the sound of the air movement. Only on the lowest speed is there a very slight hum.
