Just thought I'd put it out(4-19-09)...Target (at least the 24th st & Baseline in Phoenix, AZ) has seeds (all types, herbs flowers, etc.) in the dollar bins at the front of the store. I got two wildflower seed mixes that cover 15 square ft each (usually at least 3 bucks here for similar size) for a dollar each. Will make nice frugal gifts (little seed packets) for family & friends...
