bare roots on sale

I've got a question that I hope some one can help with.

I bought several of the packets of bare root plants on total clearance (15 cents each) and I'm not sure if I should go ahead and plant them now or put them in the basement until spring.

I bought hosta, summer phlox, autumn joy sedum and asiatic lilies.
