Not clear what your question is - how long does it take to ripen? Approx. 6 weeks depending on the variety.

Is that too much fertilizer? Yes, too much nitrogen. High nitrogen fertilizers can delay fruit set and development in favor of new plant growth stimulated by the nitrogen. Try using it at no more than 1/2 strength every week instead.

Are you watering too often? Possibly depending on the size of the containers you are using. 80 degrees isn't all that hot. ;) Before you water stick your finger as deep as possible into the soil. If it is cool or at all damp they don't need water.

You need to be patient. Tomatoes grow slowly. I live in zone 7, and my plants have been forming tomatoes for a couple of weeks now, but I don't expect to be picking any until early August. That's how it is every year, and there is no way to speed up the process.
