ANYONE???

Alright folks, I figured this one out. Here's what you need to do:

1. Buy 2 basic 'bath bar' light fixtures, with however many bulbs you want on each side. Here is an example of a 5-bulb fixture you can find on Amazon for about $30 each: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PH26GE

2. Each fixture is made of a top plate (the chrome/nickel/brass upper finish), and the electrical box with the wiring and the sockets. You can discard of the top plate. Have an electrician mount the fixtures on your wall where you want them (or do it yourself if you know how). Either recess the fixtures into the wall, or add 2x4s / plywood to make the rest of the wall level with the front of the fixture electrical box (light sockets should stick out 1/4" or so).

3. Call a mirror company that has access to a waterjet glass cutter. Have them come out and measure, and then fabricate the mirror with holes where the sockets are located.

4. Install the mirror over the light fixtures, and screw in bulbs of your choice. I went for these nostalgic-look G30 bulbs: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008M5421S
