Hello! I have one Heritage and one Fall gold raspberry in my balcony garden. They're both fall bearers but since I have so little space I'd like to let them bear a summer crop. They did go dormant during the LA "winter" but since it only froze once or twice they still have some greenish leaves hanging on them, especially at the tops. My question is, should I pick off these last few leaves so no diseases or anything are transmitted? what about tip removal?

The new canes are just coming up and the old canes are just starting to bud. I hope I get some fruit this year!
