When to fertilize

Hello again everyone! I started my small raised bed veggie garden (for the first time) and put the plants in the ground on 5/19. It has been raining almost every single day since then, but the plants seem to be doing well. Since I don't have any experience I'm not sure when to fertilize them for the first time. I started them in a store bought organic soil, which already had fertilizer in it and mixed that with peat moss and compost with chicken manure, but now I wonder if this is still enough for the young plants or if the rain washed many of the nutrients out?

Also, the small plants that are really close to each other are bush beans. Do you think I should pull some of them out? According to suqare foot gardening (which I am obviously not strictly following) they should be okay, but they do look cramped and they are still small....not sure how big they'll get. Thank you everyone for the advice!
