My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Every time I try to grow peppers at home they are small and scrawny. I have grown them in a community garden and they are fine. Perhaps something lacking in my soil. Gave them seaweed fert did not seem to help.
I built raised beds at home then went to a center that sells top soil by the bucket load (you dig it and take it away) and also compost, mixed the above in the beds. This was sucessful for all kinds of veg such as onions brocolli (mammoth crop) carrots beans etc etc everything except pepprs. The community garden was a couple years ago in another town maybe I should have soil tested in both locations to see difference. As far as light maybe they get shaded by super tall brocy plants.
I tried a DIY mix I got from MIGardner's channel on you-tube. Tehre were about 5 ingredients but I've never grown such green and husky peppers. For the first time they looked like the ones grown in a green house.
I'd add something to looses the mix up however, maybe more perlite than recommended or peat moss.
