Crop rotation

I will be using a different space for my garden next year that is 40'x15' and I am thinking of using a 5 year crop rotation plan. I will split the space into 5 8'x15' sections. In the first section I will have tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and potatoes; these will be followed with garlic in October. Section 2 will be the garlic planted in Oct; after the garlic is harvested I will plant a green manure. Section 3 will be where the green manure was and legumes will be planted after the last frost. Section 4 will be Brassica planted in July-August for a fall harvest. Section 5 will be winter squash and cucumbers. After which I will compost and fertilize for tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and potatoes.

I have a few questions:

Does this seem right?

Would it make more scenes to follow the legumes with the brassica in the same season and do a 4 year rotation?

What green manure would work best, and when do I till it into the soil?

Any other suggestions are more then welcome.

And if it helps where the garden is the average last frost is April 21st-31st and average last frost is Oct 21st-31st.
