This is the original siding on this 30's house. It's a pine siding that's still stocked today in Austin TX lumber yards. It's called "Teardrop" shape. Lookup Rick & Cindy Black the architects on the project to ask them about color. Thanks! Matt

I emailed the architects about the colors - unfortunately they didn't respond. Maybe they aren't interested in sharing.

Would a dark color such as this be too much for a small house of less than 1000 sq ft? And I would love to know the color also.

@kim do you have a photo of your house? we want to paint our house dark blue and I can't find any smaller homes in that color :)

I have loved this color house for quite awhile. We finally found Sherwin Williams Inkwell for the blue. We are still working on it but here is the partially finished back of house/garage

sherwin williams outer space is a similar color blue.
