My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Thanks so much for the compliment. Are you looking for the stain on the doors? The beams? The flooring is stamped concrete to look as if it is wood planks.

      We too are going with a rough pine for beams and looking to find the grey stain. Can you give anymore direction on the custom color mix?

      Yes, it is all very lovely. For the concrete, did you use real wood to make the pattern or is there a stamp that I could get? If so do you have the brand name?

      It is a stamp...your concrete supplier should be able to help with this. I do not know the brand name.

      Honestly, I would love to help, but the color was not recorded in our selections file! It was more trial and error until we got the color we liked....lots of paint and wash! Sorry I can't be more of help! Good luck!
