Dear RJLINDE,
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately we lost all the records of this job durning a hard drive crash. The Owner of this home has since moved out of state. I did contact her but she could not recall the manufacturer. She purchased her own appliances and could not even reemember where she purchased from.
