My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You can buy all the parts at http://www.grandbrass.com . They have thousands of parts. Look at the Flange, Swivel, Armback, pipe, Arm, and lamp socket Sections. You can add your own personal touch and make something different and unique. Its easy to do it yourself. Read the help page.

      Sorry to disappoint you all, but we don't have the information on the lamp. It was a last minute pick and the designer can't recall where it was purchased.
