Help with peppers, and Malagar spinach.

My garden at the beginning of the spring looked very nice, then the plants started declining, and now it looks totally wasted. I have tried Hi-Yield 38 as a pest control, because I used that on lawn this year and it looks very nice, no bugs. So I do not think the problem is a pest. It looks more a disease, maybe fungus, and other type of disease.

I planted a Malabar Spinach, has a lot of brown spots, small leaves. My pepper plants look so sad, wilt leaves, fruit wrinkles when is small, and it get brown spots.

Have problems with my tomato too, I already posted in the tomato forum, but maybe another person here have an idea.

Any thought? Help please. Do I have to remove all the plants?

I am in sanford, Florida. Zip code 32771.

Here are pictures of my sick plants and fruit. THANKS for any help you guys can provide.
