Probably the change in environment caused the orchid to drop its flowers. Maybe too much watering or none at all. Could be several factors.

Thank you cwcervantes, It is my first Orchid and I have always heard how hard it is to grow them I was a little concern that I had done something wrong.
The rest of my Orchid looks healthy.

Your Phalaenopsis is easy to grow. Indirect light, water 1-2 times a week if in bark or if in sphagnum moss when almost dry. Take plant to sink and really wet it, wait a few minutes and wet it again. you will see the white roots turn green. Fertilize at half strength every other week. Cut the stem all the way off when it is finished flowering. It should rebloom the same time nest year.

I know this post is a little late, but my orchids are doing the exact same. They are in the exact same conditions as yours, but for some reason the buds are dropping, with two small buds still to flower at the top of the stem. Roots are looking good as well, so just hard to find a reason as to why this is happening. Have you seen a change at all?
