I purchased a psychopsis Mendenhall from Kawamoto Orchids last fall. While it looks very healthy, to my eye it doesn't look like it's grown at all. I've been watering it just once a week, at which time it gets a weak fertilizer. I have it on the southeast windowsill at the moment. Formerly it was on the top shelf under a fluorescent light with my catts. I'm assuming the roots are healthy but don't dare unpot it to check because I've read they hate being disturbed. I was hoping to see growth by now. Any suggestions?
