marble, granite or caesar stone?

We are gutting our master bath. We have chosen white subway tile, and grey and white marble border/floor. Our vanity is dark espresso stained, our fixtures in brushed nickel. I'd like very clean white or white and grey counter tops. We can't find a granite that is plain enough, marble may stain and is expensive...thoughts on caesarstone? Does it look cheap?

I've had Caesarstone in my kitchen (the 'blizzard' color) for a little bit over 9 months now and absolutely love how it looks. The material also seems durable and hearty..Quartz is apparently one of the hardest substances out there and the shine seems to be very difficult to break down. I think it has a nice modern, high end look and excited to use Caesarstone again for our bathroom vanity.
