the ones i seen are zone 9.you would have to plant them after your last frost,and save the seeds from the flower head for next year.there are some arrow head that are hardy, but i dont believe they are rubyeye

Thanks Joe, I'll find some of the native ones here, although they can tend to take over an area. I'm interested in getting some shoreline plants established, also will plant some red stem dogwoods and golden willow. I'll want to cut the willows back to ground level each spring or they will quickly become trees.

Arrowhead is a quick snack for any critter with a sweet tooth for salad snacks, if they do grow in numbers from seed, it won't be for long
