My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    What is your geographic area? Also, do you have access to a commercial ship to address? Even a storage unit will sometimes suffice.

    currently live in Pittsburgh, PA but building a home in Seneca, SC - not breaking ground til 2013 but may be purchasing fixtures and other items in advance - yes would have availability to commercial shipping at my sister's office in Pittsburgh, PA 15241
