Where can I get a non-adhesive window film that looks like the one used on the door ?

I've seen rolls of it in the window covering section at Home Depot. You cut it to size, wet the window slightly, and it adheres. Cost is well under $50 for a roll. Comes in different patterns, as well as this basic frosted look. I am in Canada, but the company that sells to Home Depot is Artscape, out of Oregon.
