When's it done?

I have a new pile I started to keep kitchen scraps out of the old one.

I started my pile last fall w/ lots of OBPL probably about 30 bags, grass clippings from the last few times I mowed the lawn, UCG, kitchen scraps etc. I've been turning it once or twice a week since OCT. I was gone the month of Jan and turned it when I got home, it got back up to temp. I've turned it 4 times since and it's still gets steaming hot (over 140) w/ in a few days. I'm not adding to it and have removed bigger items I see when turning.

Should I just stop turning it to let it cool down and cure? I need it to be ready to fill raised beds for planting in by the first week of Apr. I'll plant some lettuce and spinach sooner if I have the beds built and filled.

It still has some bits and pieces that are larger, like straw that hasn't broken down, It's been sitting in the garden that was well mulched w/ straw and leaves before winter, so some of that gets combined in every time I turn it.

I've had it up to 5ft tall and about 3ft across in circular wire, it fell over the last time so it's more like a windrow at the moment.
