A #2 square drive bit should get the job done for both. No, a square drive probably wouldn't work with a LOX head. I've never used a LOX drive screw myself, but assuming the bit would even fit it would probably strip the head.

I think HD sells them so they would likely have the bits as well.

The drive easier using soap or vasoline as a lubricant IMO.

I use the cheap wax rings used on commodes when using deck screws or any other long wood screw. Makes them easier to drive and seals the hole pretty good to. A cheap ring cost around a dollar and one will last a long time.
