I have a Roto-Hoe chipper shredder that I inherited from my dad. Not sure of the model number and I didn't get any manuals with it. They're pretty simple, what kind of info are you looking for?

Does anyone know maximum RPMs a model 500 can take. Currently using a 6 1/2 hp with 2850 rmps driving 3" pulley to the roto hoe's 8" drive pulley using a 1/2" v belt. Thinking of stepping up to a 6" pulley to get more rpms on the hammers. Bearings seem in excellent condition - no noticeable vibrations.

The engine should be turning 3600 rpm.
