baloo if the fuel line was bad, odds are probably the carb needs a diaphragm kit and cleaning as well.

There are three adjusting screws. 1 is for idle speed, 2 are jets screws. The jet screw closest to the engine is the idle jet and adjustment and final adjustment is made only at idle speed. The jet screw nearest the air filter is the high speed screw and is final adjusted at full throttle. Intital setting of the jet screws is one turn open.

Once the engine is warmed up, throttle up to full and adjust high speed jet until there is a slight over rich blurble, we call this four cycleing even though that is a term in error. Then let it idle down for a few seconds and adjust the final idle screw set. Adjust until engine revs the highest with throttle released. Then go to the idle speed screw and set the idle so the blade doesn't turn.
