yard man earth bird tiller

it seems that the tine assemblies tend to move on the driven shaft. rotates on the lock pin. what can be done. no parts for that was ever listed. found some sort of graphite ring or? in pieces in the inner tine assembly housing. of course i should get double lip seals. some people.

well, if you would explain it a little better maybe someone could help. speak in clear, concise sentences.

from what i can gather your tines just free spin. this would be a broken key/bolt/shear pin usually. though it can be other things.
