Woohoo! I rescued a double-pallet from the dumpster at our community clubhouse today. What a rush! I have splinters, but I am loving it. Now I just need to get the two little ones from my friend, and I will be doing large scale (for me) composting out back.

I should tell the garbage man when he comes today, but I don't know that he would share my enthusiasm. My husband sure doesn't. He was alarmed yesterday to see the composter in the house. He'd be much more upset if he had read the entire lid! It is a can-o-worms.
