Given our ages and arthritis, we are going to replace our Generac generator for one that has an electric starter. We were considering the the Black Max at Samsclub until we found that Coleman Powermate was no longer a warrantied item (Bankruptcy) We found this out quite accidentally when newspaper articles in the southern part of our state covered this problem following tornadoes. We so seldom use a generator that we would prefer to limit our expenditures. Is there a better generator still made under $1000.?
