    I am asking how to access the wires behind the tv..electrical plug, cable hookup, etc.

      Are you asking where the components are located at the other end of the TV wiring? You can locate the source components pretty much anywhere in another room, closet, or cabinet. The proper wiring needs to be in place along with the use of a control system or IR repeater system which enables you to control the source components when they're not in the room or in line-of-sight. Best to hire a media professional to help with a system like this.

      The cable wires have been taken out by drilling a hole through the wall .

      It looks as though the TV is sitting on a pull out shelf. Othwerwise, flat-screens that size are fairly lightweight and can be removed easily.
