It states I need a sleeve hitch. What is the pin style hitch in the photo for?

If you go to link you see manual download when that comes up scroll up to 45-0265 and load that scroll up you see hitch need on tractor and where pin goes and 2 bolt to set sway. It should help on weeds but grass less control. I live country so I think everyone should have box blade big one and big tractor that box blade even as small as is going to need strong garden tractor to pull up grass and dirt on packed hard driveway. I would look at as may need rock rake if driveway rocked. I have rocked drivway crushed concrete small to my shop use roundup on grass.

I use Roundup on a "regular" bases. But I really need to scrape or something. My GT is a JD GX345, nothing big, but I think it could handle a small scraper. Yes, I would like to get a sub-compact with a snowblower and scraper, but I just do not have that kind of money laying around right now.

your GX takes a sleeve hitch, so no worries there. the attachments for garden tractors can do a lot, BUT not as quickly/easily as their full sized cousins. from wha ti have read on some other sites, the Brinly box scrapers are better built and perform better than the agrifabs.
