Model 76 Canadiana snowblower wont go forward or back

Have a Canadiana model 76 26"HD snow blower made by Outdoor Products Mfg..

the plate reads Parts Sales Dept. 11 Finley Rd., Bramalea Ont.

My problem is that the engine turns over with Electric start.

The impeller turns when engaged.

Its the clutch to move forward or back that does not function.

Is there a pin in the Wheels assembly.

or is it a friction plate model.

Trying without any luck for a manual for this unit?

Any help appreciated.

Best way to learn what type of drive it is--is to tilt it up and look underneath it. If you can't see inside it, then remove some screws, and probably there will be a cover plate that comes off. Then look inside. There may be a belt drive, or disc drive.
I am assuming the engine runs. If so, then check for worn belts, (or broken), look for any cables or connectors that may have broken, or slipped off.
