I have a ready supply of mealworm castings and would like to know their composition, and any do's and don't's. I know they are not the "richness" of earthworm castings but I also think and have limited experience of them really enriching the soil. The supply is from a bait supply store that does not consider the castings its cash crop and gives them away.
