My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Okay, I like the fabric on this sofa. What is it and where can I find it? I am on a budget.

    If you're on a budget, it might not be the choice for you. It was a Kravet 31196-1 and retails at $129 per yard. It had a very pretty texture that looked like linen, but it was a blend of viscose, poly. cotton and linen.

    It belonged to a client of mine and had a dated striped fabric on it, so I slipcovered it (we had to line the slipcover fabric to hide the stripe). The brand was Southwood, which sadly has gone out of business, but that style is very common and you shouldn't have trouble finding a new or used one.
