My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
The technical part of it is a little over my head right now, but that is one of the first roses I saw in my rose book before I took this up again and wished I could have one or two, thought it was a pillar rose and blooms in double clusters, says z6b, not for me, but striking.
Interesting reading, Ann. While I had read the article on the DNA testing of Champney's before don't think it registered about the notion that Napoleon is a sport of Old Blush. First rec'd Napoleon labelled Old Blush years ago. Hope you get a start of the Champagne/Champney's from the Asheville show. It has been interesting growing seedlings from various found early type noisettes and noting the similarities differences.
