My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello Gillian, It is Sherwin Williams "Sand Dollar" which is a yellow based tan. It does appear more yellow in this picture due to lighting than it actually is so be careful. A great soft yellow that looks more like this picture is Benjamin Moore's "Hepplewhite Ivory". It is part of their Historic Paint collection. Can't go wrong there :) Best, Shari MIsturak
