upper cabinet heights

Can you tell me what the height of each of the upper cabinets? Are the lower cabinet 42 or 36? What is the width of the crown? And finally how close to the ceiling can you take the cabinets.

    The upper cabinets are overall 48" high; upper section 15" high, lower section 33" high. The crown is approximately 3-1/2" high. You can either have the cabinets/crown go to the ceiling like we did in this application or pull them off a bit - every kitchen is different. Good luck!
