Ikea, don't stress over your zone..you're good. Music is nothing special cooked or raw. I tried the bog raw last year before planting, It was good but not inferno hot like Slovenian. Please note that the same garlic grown here in WA may be mild but grow in say NC it can be very warm. Location matters.

I ended up purchasing Chesnok Red and Music for fall planting. We will see how they do here.

I was weighing and photographing my harvest today and decided to taste my Bogatyr - wow. I love spicy food and always ask for "extra spice" when ordering. This stuff knocked my socks off, it was so hot. I had heartburn for three hours. I love this stuff. It was also my best producer so I plan to replant 85% of what I harvested.

It's my new favorite.
