bamboo dried out

Hi

A drip line malfunction on a large potted black bamboo allowed it to dry out (A relatively short time but all leaves dried out) Have been watering frequently since then. Can I save it? Should I cut it back, feed, water more? Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Don't cut it back. Just keep watering and see what happens. I've had several potted bamboo lose all their leaves when I missed watering them and they came back. There are no guarantees, but keep it moist and give it a couple of months.

I agree with kudzu above. I have had bamboos totally defoliate after transplanting only to completely refoliate after they acclimated to their new location. I would not feed until I started seeing some new growth. If they are okay, you should start seeing evidence of new growth within a couple of months (if not by then, I would replant the plant).
