Droopy Bamboo

I bought a bamboo plant two weeks ago from a reputable nursery. It's a Bambusa Vulgaris Wamin with two culms about 4' high (one of the culms is taller than the other).

I planted it and it was growing about 1/2 inch a day. It is not in direct sun but partial and gets around 4-5 hours a day. It is in a bright area though.

I noticed this weekend that the top of the culm had drooped. The rest of the plant looks great but the top of the culm has practically done a 180 degree turn toward the ground (it's the top 4" of the plant. The rainy season has just begun down here and I wonder if that might have something to do with it.

Also my DH is a serial MiracleGro sprayer and, although I didn't see him do it (he waits until I am not looking), I suspect the plant did get sprayed with MiracleGro.

Should I start worrying? Is there something I should do?
